Returns Policy:

Return Eligibility:

  2. Clearly state the reason for your return.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Refund Process: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a replacement item, please follow the return process, and then place a new order for the desired item.
